McDonald's Jimboomba

I have been to this Maccas many times, they mess up the order nearly every time. Our last order had 3 salted caramel pies, we received 2 and an empty packet.

Oh my gosh!! Talk about a blatant rip off!!. I just bought 2 large cheeseburger meals, so they come with the cheeseburger, large fries and large drink right? Well my kids prefer the frozen drinks so I swapped them out. Not only did the kindly staff decide for me that I would forfeit the large soft drinks that I paid for, they charged me an extra $1.20 for each frozen drink WHEN THE FROZEN DRINKS ARE ONLY $1!! I know it's only a couple of dollars but it's not right and I decided to say something (this time). I brought the irregularity, or the fact that it just wasn't right, to the attention of two staff members, (the second being the manager), and both told me that yes, it was unreasonable and didn't make sense, but that it was too bad, that's the way they priced. So, just to reiterate, buy a large meal and swap the drink for frozen; NOT ONLY DO THEY KEEP THE LARGE DRINKS I PAID FOR, THEY CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR MY FROZEN DRINKS and speil me some rubbish about it being on the penny pitchers range and I wasn't eligible to buy it for $1 as they were part of my order......
Does that make sense to anyone else??
I won't be going to maccas (no big m for you guys) at Jimboomba anymore unless someone from there does the right thing. I will also make sure I share my experience with everyone I know, as well as give feedback to fair trading.
